All Wilson Electronics products are protected by a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If for any reason the performance of any product is unacceptable the customer may return it to the dealer for a full refund.
Products returned under the 30-day Money-Back Guarantee must be shipped in the original or protective packaging with proof-of-purchase documentation enclosed and a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number (obtained from Brandolini Cellular Electronics) clearly printed on the outside of the shipping container. Items returned without an RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package will be refused and returned to sender.
In order to receive full credit for amplifiers, all accessories originally supplied in the amplifier box must be returned with the amplifier. It is not necessary to return any accessories sold in addition to the amplifier, such as antennae or cables in order to use this guarantee.
This guarantee does not apply to any product determined by the Dealer and/or Wilson Electronics to have been subject to misuse, abuse, neglect, or mishandling that alters or damages physical or electronic properties. Returned item must be in good and resaleable condition.
Any product that has been modified or altered in any way does not qualify for the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
One-Year Product Warranty
Wilson Electronics, Inc. warrants all products for one year from the time of purchase against defects in
workmanship and/or materials. All product returns from customers must be in their original, un-modified condition, shipped in the original or protective packaging with a copy of proof-of-purchase documentation enclosed and a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number printed clearly on the outside of the shipping container.
